Returns & Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase or receiving your order.

When making a return please be aware of the following

  • Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable.
  •  Earrings, hair accessories, face masks, face coverings and items for intimate use can only be returned if unopened and still within fully sealed packaging.
  • For International Returns, please see the International returns section below.

 

Processing Refunds & Exchanges

 

1. LOCATE YOUR ORDER

To post your order back to us, sign in to your account, select Order History, then locate and select the order you wish to return. Guest orders may be found by checking your Order Status.

2. START A RETURN / EXCHANGE & PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL

Once you’ve located your order, select Start a Return/Exchange and follow the instructions to complete your Returns/Exchange Form. Once your request has been approved, we will send you an email with a pre-paid Returns Shipping Label.

3. AFFIX RETURN LABEL

Add your items and tape your package securely. Then affix the return label to your package, being sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label. Now you’re all set! Just drop off at a Post office or parcel shop.

 

International Returns

  • Customers in other countries outside of the UK are responsible for all costs associated with any returns 
  • When returning an item you should retain proof of postage from your shipper, as we will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition: unused, and in the original packaging, with all price tags attached
  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exchange for orders outside the UK. Instead, please return your items for a refund and place a new order
  • Brinda reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable
  • Your statutory rights are not affected
  • If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will refund the delivery cost of returning it once it has arrived back with us
